When Memory Fades, Connection Remains — And There Is GRACE for Every Step of This Journey

GRACE Dementia Care Consulting brings clinical expertise and spiritual compassion together to transform the way caregivers, families, facilities, and faith communities walk the dementia journey.

YOu Are NOt Alone

"If you are caring for someone living with dementia — whether you're a family member, a nurse, a facility leader, or a pastor — you already know how hard this road is.

You may be exhausted. You may be grieving someone who is still here. You may be managing behaviors you don't understand, working in a system that prioritizes schedules over souls, or leading a congregation that desperately wants to help but doesn't know how.

You are not failing. You are not alone. And there is a better way to walk this journey.

That's why GRACE exists."

Something Is Missing In The Way We Care For People with Dementia…That’s Why Grace was built For you

For Facilities:

Rigid schedules and behavior management have replaced genuine connection. Residents are agitated — and no one is asking why.

For Families:

You love them deeply but you are running on empty. The grief, the exhaustion, and the confusion are real — and you deserve real support.

For Nurses & CNAs:

You have the heart, but the system never gave you the tools to truly understand the person behind the diagnosis.

For Churches:

Your congregation is full of caregivers and people living with dementia who need you — but no one taught you how to show up for them.

A Whole-Person FRamework Built For This Journey

The GRACE Method is the only dementia care framework that integrates neurological understanding, emotional attunement, environmental structure, and spiritual engagement into one cohesive, compassionate approach. It was born out of decades of clinical experience, a calling from God, and one unshakeable conviction:

We should never prioritize correcting them over connecting with them.

Instead we lead with GRACE:

  • G — Ground the Environment

  • R — Recognize the Brain Changes

  • A — Adapt Communication and Care

  • C — Comfort the Emotional World

  • E — Engage the Spirit

Meet Your Consultant

I didn't choose dementia care. It chose me.

After years of serving as a memory care nurse, director, and Certified Dementia Practitioner, I kept seeing the same heartbreak — caregivers running on empty, families drowning in grief, residents being managed instead of loved, and a system so focused on schedules and behaviors that it forgot there was a soul in the room.

I couldn't stay silent. God wouldn't let me.

As an ordained minister and clinician, I built the GRACE Method because I believe people living with dementia deserve more than management — they deserve connection. And the families and caregivers walking this road with them deserve more than survival — they deserve grace.

I have sat with families in their most overwhelming moments. I have watched exhausted caregivers find their footing again. I have seen what happens when someone finally understands the why behind the behaviors — and the relief, the compassion, and the peace that follows.

That is what I am here to give you.

This is not just my career. This is my calling — and I am honored to walk this journey with you.

You don’t have to do this alone

Whether you are a family caregiver searching for answers, a facility ready for culture change, a nurse who wants better tools, or a church that wants to serve its people well — GRACE was built for this moment and for you.

The journey doesn't have to be this hard. Let's walk it together.
